As he set sail with a light breeze in the air, Mr. Boddington was taken over by the calming beauty of Nantucket. His bombay and tonic and the allure of the island helped to inspire the map that served as this breezy couple’s save the date. A neutral palette mixed with pops of persimmon made for the perfect New England save the date suite.

For this beachfront wedding Mr. Boddington drew inspiration from a beautiful piece of driftwood delivered by high tide to his Bahama bungalow and the brilliant pinks from the night’s sunset. Combining these natural elements of the island with classical staples such as monograms and house-made scripts, Mr. Boddington created a wedding suite that is equally as playful as it is refined.

This dapper duo along side Kristin Banta Events truly outdid themselves.  Mr. Boddington was trilled to design for such a handsome pair of gentlemen. He kept the designs clean and masculine letterpressing clever combinations of different type faces in deep hues of navy and scarlet.

With Italian Cypress Trees as his muse, Mr. Boddington couldn’t go wrong. An image of the Italian countryside was transformed into a postcard to alert guests of their upcoming adventure.  They then received formal letterpressed invitations with Cypresses sprinkled throughout to announce the official affair. This elegant destination wedding was certainly one for the books.

Nestled in the foothills of the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, rests an incredible and exclusive resort where wedding bliss exists in it’s prime. Centering the theme around the celestial was not hard to do with the Colorado night sky as your muse. Mr. Boddington often gets used to the New York City skyline and always marvels at the reminder of a sky layered in stars. With that very image on the brain he drew a starry night sky that was printed in brilliant navy hues to saturate the inside cover of a letterpressed save the weekend booklet. Each page was filled with wedding information and details about Dunton Hot Springs and was bound together with a suede strap. Stars were carried over onto the wedding menu as well and letterpressed as place cards so that no one lost their spot!

The paper pieces don’t stop there. Mr. Boddington switched his vantage point from up to down focusing the rehearsal dinner theme on the lodge grounds. The escort cards and table numbers were saturated with banjos and horses and campfires galore!

Black and white all around with a beautiful blush bow, please! Mr. Boddington was tickled pink to be included in this modern and elegant New York City affair. Rich black hues were letterpressed into cream cotton paper and sprinkled with a medley of house-made fonts and quails, of course!
